Just wanted to jump on this before Clint jumps on me. I found out what 
causes this as it seems to come up when I use my BlackBerry. I
am not sure why as I see nothing that says it is sending in HTML or 
anything like that. I'll have to research why it is happening. I deleted 
most of the gibrish.
