I disabled KIS, checked my Hosts file, and there's no reason 
why I should not be able to get to it. :confused:  That only 
leaves some kind of a "network problem".  It's in the Czech 
Republic so that quite a way.  A traceroute on it from here 
shows the last hop timing out.  But I got the program so it's 
not a problem now.
