It still does all that with all extensions disabled. There was an interesting thread recently at WPW about FF issues, and some said FF was faster for them, and some said IE was much faster. No one had any explanations as to how this can happen. So I take it you don't know how to go back to a previous version, like from 3.6.3 to 3.6 or so? -Clint God Bless, Clint Hamilton, Owner www.OrpheusComputing.com www.ComputersCustomBuilt.com www.OrpheusComputing.com/cheap_reliable_web_hosting.html ----- Original Message ----- From: "Hugh Vandervoort" FF has always worked perfectly for me. Some studies suggest it's the fastest browser. The problems you're talking about are almost always caused by plug-ins that don't work properly. I'd disable all the plug-ins and load them one at a time to see which is the culprit. When FF updates, it often disables plug-ins that haven't been updated. I've never seen a site that requires FF, but I suppose it's possible. I like Chrome also, but it has some features I don't care for. I usually keep it open to check my Gmail account.
