Does she scan for errors before trying to defrag? If there are
errors, they could be the cause of the computer freezing.
Also find it easier to defrag in Safe Mode. What operating=20
system is she using? How much disk space is free, how much
memory is free?

Hello to all,
I hope I can explain this in good English: I have a friend who's =
computer freezes up all the time, also when she tries to defrag the =
computer tells her to go to the helpfunction. In there it says: can't =
open the file. Please help for her!!
