Yippee, I found the problem. I went to C drive, programs and opened Toni Arts folder there. I double clicked the icon and got a message that Easy Cleaner was trying to access and was being blocked by Norton Firewall. I changed that to allow Easy Cleaner access and now it open up just fine. I had to delete the shortcut on my desktop and create another one but that one now works. I will go back to the forum and tell them what my problem was. Thanks everyone.
