Ok am back. And no it didn't work. Have tried all you guys have suggested. Also found number to call for Creative Labs. Wasn't a 800# either. Said we possible have a defective modem so we are sending it to them. I am sorry some people think this is bother. I thought this site was to help solve problems. Thanks for information anyway.
