I can think of three possibilities:

1.  The download button was linked to the wrong file  (return to the 
website and try to get to the file following a different trail and 
confirm the filename and size match the one you downloaded)

2.  You are not running a 64-bit OS.  (Go to Control Panel > System to 
verify your are running a 64-bit version.  It will say so on the opening 
page of the window)

3.  There is a bug in the 64-bit version.  (Go to the website and look 
for bug reports or user forums and search for bugs or topics on the problem)
