Ok, if you're going on a search for them, you might want to look for one
titled "Force ASPI17". It contains the easiest command line installer I've
found and is built around the 4.6 version I have used since the early days
of Win98SE. It fully understands all available versions of Windows at least
up to and including Vista. I'll be more than happy to provide simplified
step by step instructions for you, if desired. :)
