You can also use eremover to get rid of stuff like that..from the e-mail 
server before it ever gets to you mail box so it does clog your mail..been 
there done that...it works.

Call your ISP and ask them if there is a really large attachment in your
email. When I did tech support, very often this would happen and most times
it was a huge attachment clogging up the download to OE.
