I've had several occasions when an unprincipled business charged my VISA
debit card for an unauthorized amount, and have never had trouble recovering
the funds. Granted there is a certain amount of paperwork that has to be
completed, but I've never had to pay a "deductible", and have always had the
funds redeposit to my account.
