That is a good idea, but the second card here would cost about $30 or more a
year and I may not use it that much. I always pay cash, would be handy if I
was buying a lot from overseas.

I use a Check card on a separate account with limited funds.  I only put
enough money in it for what I intend to buy.  If it ever gets hacked,
they'll get nothing because while it can be used as a 'credit card' there
is no credit attached to it.  They can never get more than what is in the
account.
