Also make sure there are no SOHO wireless routers around because many of
them are Linux-based (and therefore open source).  I've upgraded my Linksys
WRT52G at home with the (much much much better) OpenWRT Linux distro.

The Oracle database distribution itself contains open source software like
Perl and Apache.  The OCFS2 file system that Oracle wrote for RAC is open.
