[muglo] Re: news letter

The template has one word on it Martin - the title - and when she tries to
download it on to her computer she just gets the word, no template. It is a
Windows machine, an MDG with Windows XP. It's not here or I'd try the
start/programs and see what she has on it. I created the newsletter on a G4
Mac, Word 98. Oddly enough the template worked when e-mailed to the
secretary's computer, also Windows, before she got her laptop. Like I said,
I think she's missing some required program on the laptop. It was supposed
to have all that's required installed when she got it but tech support is,
shall we say, low tech. jim
