Nothing is simple. Turns out that, while the problem below holds for one movie in one stack, two other instances of the same situation with different movies in different stacks work just fine. It also happens to be case that the problem movie (code) is also the only one where HyperCard asks where is the movie. In the successful instances the movies simply launch directly. While hyperCard will play this movie when taken by the hand to its location, it still cannot "see" it when it is pointed to it, i.e. doesn't seem to create a path. Bob Bob McDaniel wrote: >Sorry.
