Hi Robert,
AFAIK there's no 32MB limit on Word files, I have worked with Word files over
100 MB in a XP machine with 1GB RAM using Office XP.
I haven't worked with anything much bigger than that in Word, though, so I
wouldn't know about an 800MB file.
