Hi Anne, Andrew, Pruscoe, and All,

I appreciate all the suggestions, especially the comments about Publisher.
Earlier this year, I did a strictly online newsletter, and with help from this
group, I did it all in Word 2002. Several commentators here encouraged me to
stick with Word at that time because it really is up to the task. I have
Publisher only on a new laptop which I don't use as regularly as this older
PC.

Rather than dismiss Publisher, I will look at it again for its ability to
handle Folded Booklet of 6, 10, 14 pages etc.

For the current instance, I've found a simpler solution. A printer in town
will accept a PDF file and do the whole job of producing 200 copies per month
including collating and folding for reasonable cost.

Again, thanks for all the great help.

Ray Shapp
