Ray I would go with the Publisher option. It does all this automatically,
in terms of printing to booklet layout and you can autoflow your pages and
frames from one to the next plus have stand alone boxes for any
illustrations or fixed place text boxes you might want to use.

It's a while since I've done a booklet so can't recall how it treats 6/10/14
page booklets - simple thing would be to create a document to fit the
scenario and just type a single word on each page then print and see if your
"hey presto" moment happens!

I wonder if the problem you are having is due to the unusual page size - try
doing it on Letter or A4 and see if the same problem occurs. If so, then
the printer driver may indeed be the culprit and Publisher may not be the
solution.

One little tip for you - you can copy-paste from Word into Publisher and
will bring across all your text and images with text automatically flowed
onto extra pages but you would need to format your layout. Or you can open
the Word Doc either from the file-open command and use the drop down box to
locate Word97-2003 format.

I know a lot of people don't like Publisher much but if you don't want full
scale DTP functions and you are used to Word-type commands then I give it my
vote.

I have Publisher running on a different computer, and
I'm not at all familiar with Publisher. Can I accomplish my goal by
importing
the finished Word document into Publisher? Does Publisher handle Folded
Booklets of 6, 10, 14 pages?
