The rule would be to run on that account only, on arrival move the emails to a specified folder (or simply delete) and set the option to empty the deleted items on exit. The important thing is to specify the account that this rule would apply to, which can then either be "permanently deleted" (one of the options) or "moved to specified folder" which is a failsafe to allow the mail to be checked if that's helpful. Either way, it's very easy to set up. Do I just have the rule say, for all incoming messages, delete them? But won't they end up in the Deleted Items folder? Elise =================== It doesn't need them to be "logged in" as such - just to create the account on Outlook with a rule set to load the mail into a dedicated folder,=20 Delete it immediately and remove from server. ************************************************************* You are receiving this mail because you subscribed to mso@xxxxxxxxxxxxx or MicrosoftOffice@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx To send mail to the group, simply address it to mso@xxxxxxxxxxxxx To Unsubscribe from this group, visit the group's homepage and use the dropdown menu at the top.
