It doesn=92t need them to be "logged in" as such - just to create the =
account
on Outlook with a rule set to load the mail into a dedicated folder, =
delete
it immediately and remove from server.=20

Exchange Server won't help with that unless the account is the one =
hosted by
Exchange.

Subject: [mso] Outlook 2003 rules question - on Exchange

I have a client that has a website with an email address on it that gets
a lot of inbound mail, all of which needs to be automatically deleted,
since the box is unmonitored. I wanted to set up a rule in Outlook to
permanently delete all the inbound mail, but it ends up being a
client-only rule, so it only runs when Outlook is running, and that's
not possible since no one is ever logged on as that user. Then I wanted
to set up a rule to just delete the emails, and find some way to
periodically empty out the Deleted Items without having to have Outlook
running. Does anyone on an Exchange Server know if this is possible?

Thanks,
Elise
