Hi Anne,
I'm not sure I understand what you're suggesting - so what would the
rule look like?  Do I just have the rule say, for all incoming messages,
delete them?  But won't they end up in the Deleted Items folder?

It doesn't need them to be "logged in" as such - just to create the
account on Outlook with a rule set to load the mail into a dedicated
folder,=20
Delete it immediately and remove from server.
