At least one of our well known suppliers is suffering from a severe case
of apathy, and it is a real shame.

They made it quite clear to me, when I complained to them that:-

* They didn't care if they lost custom, they had more that they could
        currently deal with.

I can be one for getting on my high horse (as my wife doesn't hold back on
telling me), but when two in every three orders from them is wrong, and
then they don't refund my postage when I send defective goods back to
them, its a bit much.
