I was asking because my track is similar, 12x30mm mild steel laid in grooves 
in concrete sleepers. Of course the gauge is 7.25"but as the sleepers are in 
the ground the rails are just sprung in, no bending required. Why do you 
need the rails to be 1.25" high?
