I don't see anyone trying to force anyone to do anything here. Rlating
experiences is valuable for those who are dealing with this type of
decision. Suppose a lot of folk stood up and said, yeah, go for it, throw
the darned thing away.

Guys, ya know, if somebody really doesn't want to use a Mac after
trying one out, then that's their decision, right?… I mean, you can't
force someone to use something just because you, yourselves like it.
They may not.

I personally like the Mac bunches, and really have no desire to go
back to Windows, but that's me. Not everybody feels that way.

there are in my opinion, some JFW / Windows keystrokes / functions
and such that I think are a whole lot easier to deal with than VO /
Mac, but as I said, even despite that, I totally prefer Mac / VO any
day. Just my opinion. <smile>

It just seems like rather than trying to convince someone how great
you think Mac is, that it would be a whole lot more productive to
actually like try to offer suggestions / alternate ways of doing
things. I will say here, that I unfortunately haven't kept up with
this particular thread as I've been extremely busy this week, so
needed to skim email a lot, rather than read everything, so I assume
that help was offered, as it usually is here, but these last few posts
that I did see, just seem to be saying 'hey, the Mac is way better
than Windows, now get used to it!' which just sounds kind of
unproductive to me, as I'd said.

anyway, these are of course, just my thoughts, and if I'm off base
here, then please do forgive, if ya would?…

Thankie muchly!…

Ian, just as a quick note, -not sure this will help you, but I have an
article up at lioncourt.com, which is called 'A Key to Leopard' which
may help with certain aspects of the Mac and Leopard.

Thanks for reading, All, and have a great day!…

Smiles,

Cara :)
