Once again, when I check out a Leftist's allegation that lies under-girded the Bush decision to invade Iraq, it turns out to be . . . a lie. Witness the following: http://www.foxnews.com/printer_friendly_story/0,3566,251358,00.html and http://www.nysun.com/article/48429 Do Leftists just like to lie? Is that behind their preoccupation with lying? Consider the reference below to 600,000 Iraqi dead: A few months ago a Leftist was bandying about the number 300,000 Iraqi dead and I checked the websites keeping track of such matters and they concluded 30,000 Iraqi's had thus far died in the Iraq war. Why now does Andreas up the number to 600,000? Is lying for a good (i.e. Leftist) cause okay? Policy? It was the agitprop office. The Ministry of Truth. The Pentagon reported last week that Feith produced the fake evidence that Bush used for this war. Eric, the war was based on lies. 600,000 people are dead. And you think that if just a bit of WMDs had been found, it would all be okay. 600,000 Iraqi will still be dead because of lies. 4,000 Americans will still be dead because of lies. The US economy will still be wrecked because of lies. That's the level the war supporters have sunken to. Defending lies.
