The last time the military had a bright idea, they created the Islamic

jihad. This time, they're creating the ultimate killing machine. Cats are
the most efficient, i.e., the most deadly predators ever produced by
evolution.
It'll probably just nag its opponents to death. You know ... jump up and down, its graying, narcissistic, silly pigtail flipflopping, squalling obscenities in order to subvert the master narrative, its puer aeternus knee-length shorts pulled down for emphatic mooning of the pro and con. It will swat at an imaginary bird and play with yarn. Then it will the winged life destroy, and carry it to us in its jaws as a present.
