You can't do this automatically. Contributors would need to explicitly agree to it. This could be via online form. However, you can refuse to accept contributions if they don't agree. You also have to get permission from the BRLTTY team. They agreed to let you use it under LGPL, but not to assign copyright.And we would change the rules so that all contributions automatically assign copyright unless specifically noted.
Personally, I would be reluctant to assign copyright to an entity that wasn't a non-profit, though I suppose I'd give in on that point if I was the only one with that concern.
