I accept your apology. I value your friendship and have no interest
in losing it.
I think we all sometimes forget that posting e-mail and documents to
the KARC list, our newsletter and web site doesn't mean that they
have been either discussed or approved at a Club meeting. On the
other hand, decisions voted on at a Club meeting can't be reversed
after the fact because someone missed the online discussion or the
meeting. (See my previous note re Roberts rules of Order.)
Instant communication can be a wonderful thing as long as we don't
lose sight of proper procedure.
