Hi Shannon, when you are using a router with a firewall, or at least this is how my router works. You aren't installing anything, or you shouldn't have to. Once you plug your router in, and get the power going, there are settings you adjust for your firewall. Usually this is a web based interface that you deal with to make your setting adjustments.

I know you guys probably think I am totally out in left field, but really I
am not. The firewall was installed automatically I think when I installed
MSN for my internet. Where in the installation does it give me a choice to
let it through the firewall, not sure I saw that. Thanks for being so
patient and for all the help.

Hi Shannon, I ran into the exact same problem when I installed this
program
for thee first time. I didn't know what I was so I somehow told it know,
not
to let the program in, and i got same the message that you did. I
unstalled
the program, and started from scratch, but this time making to allow the
program through my firewall. It worked, and the test went smoothly. So
maybe
you could uninstall the program from add/remove, and try reinstalling it
again. Did you recently buy this router? Do you remember setting up your
router and firewall?
