Hi Shannon, weird when I stalled the program, it asked me if I wanted to allow the program though. I said yes, and the test went fine. You may have to open some moree ports in your router's firewall. I'm not suree what port this program uses, so you may have to look in the docs to see what ports you need to open.

Hi I am not using a software firewall. I got a message which asked me if I
wanted to manually configure this program because the test did not finish.
Excuse the wording but that was the point of the message.

Hi, ok, so you using a hardware firewall. I should ask, are you also using
a
softwaree firewall as well. I am going to assume no for now. Do you
remember
when you first installed thee program, did you get a message asking if you
want to let this program through? Your firewall is blocking this program
from performing this test.
