Hi, ok, so you using a hardware firewall. I should ask, are you also using a
softwaree firewall as well. I am going to assume no for now. Do you remember
when you first installed thee program, did you get a message asking if you
want to let this program through? Your firewall is blocking this program
from performing this test.
