Hi Shannon, I ran into the exact same problem when I installed this program for thee first time. I didn't know what I was so I somehow told it know, not to let the program in, and i got same the message that you did. I unstalled the program, and started from scratch, but this time making to allow the program through my firewall. It worked, and the test went smoothly. So maybe you could uninstall the program from add/remove, and try reinstalling it again. Did you recently buy this router? Hi Shannon, weird when I stalled the program, it asked me if I wanted to allow the program though. I said yes, and the test went fine. You may have to open some moree ports in your router's firewall. I'm not suree what
port
this program uses, so you may have to look in the docs to see what ports
