outlook 2007

I am having major problems using outlook at work. I am using jaws 10 pro and xp pro. I thought I could just change a few things in the options in outlook, which I have done in the past when setting up outlook express on a new computer but I can't even find the options. Also I will be receiving many e mails with attachments from my supervisor. I tried to open even the e mails and it was impossible. I got a co-worker to look at the screen and she said my e mils were open but jaws reads they are unread. I am looking for some instructions on making outlook more accessible. If anyone has some information or knows where I can find it that would be great. I did a search on the FS site but most of the information I found didn't help. Shannon
