Have the view set to day week month. Then I can errow left and right and it will announce the date and how many appointments etc. you can not errow up and down. It does not do that to change weeks. Just keep doing left and right. If you wish to check a date down the road or in the past you can go to the view menu and go to date and follow the prompts. Now when on a date and there is appointments, etc. hit tab and it will go to the hour info and announce the time and appointment. Hit tab again and it will go to the next appointment if there are morn then one if not it will go back to the date. This is a continous loop function.
