I deleted everything in the quote of the previous message because I
innocently arrowed down a few lines from Mohammed's new message and must've
encountered the fatal word. And it didn't simply crash Eloquence or Jaws, I
have to report-- it crashed my entire system. Not only couldn't I restart
Jaws, but I couldn't exit that email, nor exit Outlook Express, nor cycle
around the open applications in the task bar. I couldn't even bring up the
program manager with control alt delete and do an End Task on anything. I
have enough vision to be reporting what was visibly the case, this total
system paralysis. It wasn't just that I didn't hear anything.

Well, that was fun. At least I didn't lose any unsaved material in the
midst of writing an email or a document of some sort.
