as far as I know, jaws uninstalls its self completely. There is a note on
the fs site provided on another topic by bruce that explains that other
vendors might uninstall a couple of files that are supplied by microsoft for
use with assistive technology but that freedom scientific does not uninstall
these files when removing jaws.

I haven't followed this thread but I recently read a post from a
GW-Micro person who said that Window Eyes uninstalls itself completely
unlike JAWS.
