Dana, I'm sorry. I should have went ahead and said where it was in 
configuration manager.  I just mentioned the insert V because I wanted you 
to take a look at it and see if that was what you were talking about.

I found what I was looking for. It's on the Misc tab of the HTML Options
dialogue, in configuration Manager. I'll have to experiment with these
options, to see if I can get some online tables to appear as they use to, in
7.0, but now appear differently, in 7.1.

I'm still looking for a solution to the header and blank line issue, if you
come across anything relevant. Thanks.
