Spell Check as you type

MS Word has a function that that identifies spelling errors as one
types. They are identified visually with a curvy underline. If
"spelling and grammar" is turned on, the word will be identified as
misspelled as you cursor over it. The problem is that you have likely
just passed the word while typing.
I am wondering if there is a way, in either Word itself or in JFW, to
trigger a sound the instant the curvy line shows up. To my way of
thinking, this would be wonderfully useful. I have sound effects turned
on in Word, but no sound is heard.
By the way, this is Word XP and JFW versions 4.51 or higher.
