hi,
I am not sure if this is what you want, but try turning on spelling and
grmmar in the jaws verbosity options. Also in word options make sure check
spelling and grammar as you type is checked.

If anybody succeeds in doing what Ed suggests, please announce it, because
I would love that ability. I don't think speech and sounds manager has the
flexibility for it.
