Outlook Express & .dbx files

Hi All,
I just learned about Outlook Express and .dbx files. I have folders in the
.dbx files, such as, Websites and Tech Stuff.dbx, that arre in where the DBx
files are located, but not in my folder list in OE. How do I get the
folders working correctly back into the OE folder list? I am running
XP/Office Home, Jaws 9& 10, and OE 6. All advice will be greatly
appreciated. Thanks much.
