It's a marketing thing. Microsoft thinks they were so successful with two versions of XP that they felt they should go and create even more versions of Vista. Obviously the business version is for professionals. This is why you must have JFW pro. The ultimate version has all of the business components to it, so this also needs a JFW pro license.
I'm glad I prepared myself for the future and went ahead and got JFW Pro.
