I think that you've probably grossly overstated the case for graphics
card speed (unless you're a sighted gamer). I doubt the average sighted
person would notice any difference, much less the average blind person
using speech or braille as their access.
I wouldn't obsess about the model of graphics card the system
manufacturer offered you.
