As someone who has never used the magical letter wizard, what does it do that is so time-saving? Whether I'm writing full block style, semiblock, personal etc. it's a matter of do I hit tab or not at the start of paragraphs, do I want things double- or single-spaced, and other simple decisions. If the wizard is just a form that prompts you for address, salutation etc. that sounds like it would only be useful if you had never been told how a letter is formatted for a given situation.
