While in the Frame Viewer, open the Properties dialog for the frame of
interest. This is a multi-page dialog. Press Control + Tab until you hear
the "Action" tab announced. I think it will place the focus in a list of
actions set up for that frame. Use the up and down arrow keys to find the
action you want to get rid of. If you press Space on that action, it will
disable that action. Press Space again to enable it again. If you want to
get rid of it permanently, press the delete key. Tab to the Ok button and
remember to save the changes before leaving the Frame Viewer.
