Hi Barbara One suggestion I would make is to delete all cookies and passwords by going into the Control Panel and choosing Internet Options. I'm not for one minute saying this will work, but I once had a scenario on the RNIB online shop site that just did something similar for no specific reason. When I cleared all passwords, temporary files, cookies etc, then went back in, I got to where I needed to be without difficulty. Just a thought.
