Hi Barbara

One suggestion I would make is to delete all cookies and passwords by
going into the Control Panel and choosing Internet Options. I'm not for
one minute saying this will work, but I once had a scenario on the RNIB
online shop site that just did something similar for no specific reason.
When I cleared all passwords, temporary files, cookies etc, then went
back in, I got to where I needed to be without difficulty.

Just a thought.

My friend has tried all the suggestions made on here to get into
Tesco.com, but it is still telling him invalid Email address or
password. Other people can sign into his account from their computer. He
used his computer to sign into Tesco a couple of weeks ago and has made
no changes since. His wife has just given birth to two baby boys, so he
really needs to do some shopping online! Is there anyone can help?
