Hi Ann,
Dragon premium is not supported by J-Say. If you do not need screen reader
support, then look at knowbrainer that does support dragon premium. For
J-Say, you do need dragon professional.
The thing with dragon professional is that it supports advanced scripting
commands which are programs. These are what J-Say uses to talk to Jaws and
control the computer.
