One of the big problems with computer faults is that very few people think
of underlying, very basic, hardware problems.  The faulty PSU was a case in
point.  The original diagnosis was a faulty cable between the MB and the
Hard Drive, then probably a faulty hard drive, then a problem with the
router ......
