Hi Sean,

If they said to disable the Firewall service on the 2004 ISA firewall, then 
they don't understand how it works and they need to update either or both their 
understanding of the product/their documentation.

I'm curious as to why you would say this Tom. Surfcontrol have told me
that I definitely need ISA.

Do you think installing ISA in caching-mode will cure my problems with
picking up user names from Active Directory under Citrix Metaframe?
