Dare I say Gentoo's portage is the best around :)..I think its just
me, but Debian's package management does save few aspirins more than
rpm. Of course this is based on anecdotal evidence, so like all
things, "best" is subjective.
And, If you are wondering, I am a Gentoo fanboy cum ricer...
