[Ilugc] deb vs. rpm

Which one is the best? deb or rpm. I think deb is the best. Cause, it

just one command.... dpkg -i ...... but rpm??? upps... rpm -uvh.... then
go
to /source/ then go to....

The tool that makes Debian based systems powerful is apt-get (yum still
needs much more improvements, like supporting CDROM repositories, to be on
par with apt). Also debconf (it asks configuration questions during the
install time and there is no need to manually edit any files) makes it easy
to configure a deb package. I guess rpm has a similar feature but I have
not seen it used.
