[Ilugc] NRCFOSS stall at SFD

NRCFOSS team would like to set up a stall. Focus will be on
EduBOSS (the school version of BOSS including subject contents),
some of the eGov related applications (especially with
localisation & rural deployment implications).
I would like to retire from the organizing committee. At personal
level i am not convinced with the above content.
This is Thyagu's personal comment. Everyone in ILUGC will be having
some personal likes and dislikes. But that should NOT affect the
ILUGC activities.
Aim of the SFD is to showcase the FOSS to the people. In that angle,
I don't see any issue in NRC-FOSS stalls. So it will be a part of
the SFD.
